hook sizes?

hello! I recently purchased this pattern and I'm super excited to start.

I noticed that the materials only mention a 3 and 4.5 mm hook, but multiple times in the directions, it calls for 4.0mm hook (on the back panel and the side tie). could you confirm if this is correct or a typo? thank you so much!!
